Steph is a Partner in the Commercial Property team and is involved in a broad range of property work including the acquisition and disposal of retail, and commercial investment properties.
She undertakes high-volume transactional work for clients within a variety of sectors, specialising in the retail, leisure, and entertainment industries, including well-known brands such as Gigging Squid, Lovisa, Rituals, MenKind, Evapo and many more. She also manages commercial property investment portfolios for a number of clients, providing ongoing legal advice to help them maximise the value of their property assets and efficiently manage their portfolios as they grow.
