Mike is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property department, based in the St Albans office.
He advises a broad range of clients, including landlords, tenants, investors and owner-occupiers, on a wide range of commercial property matters.
Mike’s experience spans landlord and tenant work, investment transactions and corporate property support. He has advised on a number of large-scale, multi-site portfolio projects involving the transfer and management of commercial property assets across the UK, alongside supporting clients with their day-to-day property requirements.
Working alongside Terry Fendt, Stephanie Kierans and Chris Piggott, Mike provides pragmatic, commercially focused advice and is known for his organised and proactive approach, helping transactions progress efficiently and smoothly.
