Masood is a Legal Director having qualified in 2012 and is based in our London office Residential Property team working alongside the Residential Partner Asha Ngai.
Having qualified in 2012, Masood has extensive experience advising individuals, investors and developers on a wide range of residential property transactions. He acts on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, investment properties, refinancing matters, new-build purchases and residential development projects.
Masood also has strong residential development experience, enabling him to provide practical and commercially focused advice where residential and commercial property considerations intersect. This broader perspective is particularly valuable for investors, developers and clients with diverse property portfolios.
As a member of the Sherrards German Desk, Masood works closely with international clients and overseas investors, helping them navigate the UK property market with confidence and clarity.
