Dual qualified as an English Solicitor (Solicitor Advocate) and a Czech Advocate, Jan advises businesses, high-net-worth individuals, international corporations and state-related entities on high-value disputes spanning multiple jurisdictions. His practice focuses on international commercial arbitration, investment treaty arbitration, public international law and complex cross-border litigation.
Jan has extensive experience representing clients in proceedings before the English courts and under the rules of leading international arbitral institutions, including the ICC, LCIA, DIAC, DIFC, LAMC, CEPANI, CAMARB and ICSID. He regularly advises on disputes involving significant commercial, regulatory and strategic issues, helping clients navigate complex legal challenges across different jurisdictions.
