“I was introduced to Sherrards when there was a property deal to be done, and I worked with a gentleman called Terry Fendt, who’s an enigmatic character, very fast paced. I’ve not actually done any big conveyancing before, so he was a really safe pair of hands and really reassuring. 

So before we did the deal, or even got close to that, in the pre work, he was advising really well, and when it got to the important stuff, he was just excellent. So yeah, that was the start of our relationship with him, and then we’ve done other deals together as well. 

Not only do I recommend them, but I use other people in the firm, and I haven’t got a bad word to say about working with Sherrards.
