And now a little bit about Thomas Clark.
Thomas is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team and is based out of our London Office. He works closely with Matthew Ball, a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team, and Head of the North Africa & Middle East desk.
Thomas has developed a broad dispute resolution practice since qualifying in 2020, encompassing Banking & Finance disputes and multi-jurisdictional actions in the High Court as well as debt recovery, fraud, professional negligence, and contractual disputes in the County Courts.
His client base spans from small businesses through to international corporations, as well as high net-worth individuals and professionals. Thomas has been resolving disputes within Commercial Litigation for over 8 years and continues to maintain an enthusiastic approach to assisting clients worldwide.
Acting for both Claimants and Defendants, Thomas ensures matters are conducted as efficiently as possible, considering the individual needs of each client. He advises clients on their best possible avenue, whilst ensuring the most cost-effective strategy can be adopted. He does this whilst working hard to simplify the sometimes-complex legal procedures.
With that being said, he does not lack the tenacity and determination required if litigation becomes inevitable.
