And now a little bit about Thomas Clark.

Tom is an associate in our litigation department with over nine years of experience across a broad range of contentious matters, including a number of high-profile cases, spread across all areas of Commercial Litigation and International Dispute Resolution.

Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2020, he has developed a versatile dispute resolution practice, covering Banking & Finance disputes, multi-jurisdictional High Court actions, and a wide spectrum of County Court claims including debt recovery, fraud, professional negligence, and contractual disputes.

Tom is developing a specialist practice in reputational management and defamation, which is a new area for the firm. He has recently assisted on several significant matters and has established a transatlantic initiative with Platt Richmond, a Dallas-based law firm, to examine comparative approaches to defamation law and procedure between the UK and US jurisdictions. He is also leading our work on reputation management in relation to England’s participation in the 2026 World Cup in Dallas, in collaboration with Platt Richmond.

Tom’s client base ranges from small businesses and high net-worth individuals to international corporations and professionals. He maintains an enthusiastic and proactive approach to assisting clients worldwide, and is committed to deepening the firm’s international relationships and enhancing its global reputation in litigation and reputational management.

Enough said.
