Lucy Morton is an Associate in our Commercial Property Team in St Albans.
Having trained and worked at City law firms, Lucy has extensive experience advising on a broad range of commercial property matters for clients across a variety of sectors.
She advises on commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and other commercial property transactions. Lucy works closely with colleagues and clients to deliver clear, practical and commercially focused advice. Known for her organised and proactive approach, she keeps transactions moving efficiently while ensuring clients are supported at every stage.
Lucy enjoys building strong relationships with clients and fellow professionals and prides herself on being responsive, approachable and easy to work with. Alongside her client work, she organises the firm’s commercial property training programme, helping colleagues stay up to date with the latest legal developments and market trends.
Outside the office, Lucy enjoys Reformer Pilates and following her beloved Arsenal FC. She is also an active member of the Sherrards Social Committee and the St Albans Chamber of Commerce.
