Guy is a Partner in our Commercial Property Team based in our London office, and leads the firm's Health & Social Care team.
He represents a wide variety of clients including leading banks and other funders in secured lending matters, high net worth individuals, overseas investors, developers, public sector bodies, charities, health and social care organisations and professionals (including care home operators and supported living scheme investors and developers) and vets.
With many years’ experience of real estate finance work (acting for both lenders and borrowers), Guy has particular expertise in the development and refinancing of health and veterinary premises (involving GP, pharmacy, dental, optician and veterinary practices) and social care facilities (including acting for care home and supported living professionals).He also advises on residential and mixed-use development projects, supporting developers and investors through every stage of the development lifecycle.
Guy’s work has been repeatedly acknowledged by the leading UK legal directories and Guy has been a member of the Primary Care Premises Forum for many years.
A French and German speaker, Guy is also part of our French and German desks, assisting such clients with their UK real estate needs.
