Giles is a specialist Planning Law Solicitor based in the commercial property department.
With over 40 years’ involvement with the planning system, in both the public and private sectors, Giles has experience of most areas of planning work and has been involved in many major commercial, retail and other forms of developments.
These include the development of the 32,000 capacity Milton Keynes Stadium, an energy from waste project in Wales, sustainable urban extension scheme in Buckinghamshire, continuing care retirement village in Bedfordshire and most recently on consent for a twin tower block 300+ unit residential application in Croydon.
He is Law Society-Accredited for planning law and is a former Vice Chair of a small Housing Association based in Hertfordshire.
