A few (reluctantly written) words about Erin Gibbs-Charles.
Erin is a Solicitor in our Real Estate Litigation team, based in the St Albans office.
During her recent journey to qualification, she gained valuable experience across various practice areas, including commercial property and litigation, giving her a solid foundation in handling complex property disputes and delivering effective resolutions, whether through negotiation or litigation.
In her role within the Real Estate Litigation team, Erin regularly advises both commercial and residential clients on a variety of landlord and tenant disputes. Her experience includes handling 1954 Act matters (including the serving of notices and lease renewal claims), dilapidations, possession claims, and boundary disputes, among other matters.
Erin is known for building strong client relationships through her approachable and personable style. She is dedicated to understanding her clients’ needs and providing tailored, practical solutions that align with their commercial objectives.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys staying active, whether it’s through rowing, CrossFit, or the more relaxing practice of hot yoga.
