Asha is a Partner in and leads the Residential Property team in our London office.
Asha acts for a broad range of clients, including private individuals, investors, developers, lenders and overseas purchasers. She has particular expertise advising clients from Far East Asia and the Middle East on the acquisition, disposal and management of UK residential property portfolios, including both new-build and established residential properties.
In addition to her residential property practice, Asha has extensive experience advising on secured lending transactions and works closely with borrowers, lenders and financial institutions on a variety of real estate finance matters. Her understanding of both property and banking transactions enables her to provide commercially focused advice on acquisitions, refinancing, development finance and investment structures.
Asha regularly advises on residential development matters, supporting developers, investors and landowners throughout the lifecycle of a project, from acquisition and financing through to disposal and exit strategies.
Alongside her client work, Asha is the firm’s Training Principal and leads the Sherrards Training Academy, playing a key role in the development and mentoring of the next generation of legal professionals.
Known for her pragmatic approach and responsiveness, Asha is committed to delivering clear advice and practical solutions, ensuring transactions progress efficiently while protecting her clients’ interests.
