While our pricing information (below) seeks to ensure that you have the information you need to make an informed choice of legal services provider, including understanding what the likely costs may be, it is only indicative and you will be provided with more precise and personalised costs information.
AML Obligations and Legl:
In order to comply with our AML obligations under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 (MLR) (as amended), we undertake electronic checks on the identity of our clients.
We partner with Legl to onboard all our clients and this includes the carrying out of our client identification and verification checks. There is a charge per check of £10 plus VAT.
Transparency Rules:
Our regulatory body, the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), introduced Transparency Rules in accordance with which we are publishing information about our pricing and services, via our website.
These rules only apply to certain types of work we undertake:
For members of the public:
Residential Conveyancing – Freehold or Leasehold Sales and Purchases and Mortgages and Re-mortgages
Probate – uncontested and within the UK
Immigration – excluding asylum applications
Employment Tribunal – employee unfair and wrongful dismissal
For small businesses:
Employment Tribunal – employer unfair and wrongful dismissal claims
Debt Recovery – up to the value of £100,000.

We will be better placed to provide an exact costs estimate once we have spoken to you, understand your needs and have full details of your instructions.
