Nicole is a Partner and Head of the Private Wealth Team.
Her experience stretches across both the UK and worldwide with a particular emphasis on France, Germany, Spain, the US and India. She is fluent in German and French, which is valued by her international clients, and is an active member of the Alliott Global Alliance (a worldwide alliance of law and accountancy firms) which Sherrards are part of.
She advises many high-net-worth individuals on Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Estate Planning through the use of Wills and Trusts and also on issues of Domicile. A high proportion of the estate administration work which she carries out has an international/cross border dimension. Her other areas of practice include Court of Protection matters such as Deputyships and Lasting Powers of Attorney and more.
She often works alongside colleagues both within Sherrards and also in conjunction with lawyers from the Alliott Global Alliance in other practice areas including Residential, Property, Matrimonial, Corporate & Commercial and International.
Nicole is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and The Private Client Section of The Law Society.
She is an expert in her field, evidenced by her continued inclusion in the High Net Worth Guide in Chambers & Partners Legal Directory, Spears Directory, and is also recommended both individually and via her department in The Legal 500.
