Graeme Roberts is a Consultant at Sherrards, specialising in construction law.
He has extensive experience in non-contentious construction law gained, initially, in house, as European General Counsel at the European Head office of Shimizu Corporation, a multi-national Japanese construction company and then as the head of the Construction Law Group at a leading Thames Valley law firm.
He has worked on a wide variety of projects, in the UK and Europe, including international airports, Hospitals, Social housing schemes, Care homes, Schools, academies and universities, Bespoke housing developments and those for national developers, warehouses, shopping centres and much more.
Graeme acts for clients on all aspects of construction projects, including banks, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, local authorities, housing associations, universities and academies and also for professional advisers, such as architects and engineers.
