We’re well known for our highly successful international litigation team, so should you have a dispute abroad we’ll be a powerful force on your side. Much of our dispute resolution work involves parties living abroad or proceedings that have been started in foreign jurisdictions. Through our membership of the Alliott Global Alliance and active participation in the International Bar Association, American Bar Association and the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), we use powerful relationships to bring even greater strength to our international litigation service.

A gentler route to resolution

Whilst we’re highly competent and confident in litigation, we will only resort to it when we’ve exhausted all other routes to settling your dispute, including arbitration.

We are very experienced in international arbitration proceedings, regularly handling matters at the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) and the American Arbitration Association (AAA/ICDR).
