We are looking for a commercially minded, pragmatic and client focused employment solicitor to join our expanding employment teams based in both our St Albans and London Office.

Applicants with upwards of 3 years pqe would be ideal for this role, which includes a broad spectrum of excellent quality and complex contentious and non-contentious employment work.

Our clients range from SMEs, multinational and global corporations needing assistance with all aspects of employment law, to acting for senior executives and employees wanting advice on potential claims and settlement agreements. We have a contentious bias, managing Tribunal claims from employees, advising on disciplinaries and grievances, restrictive covenant breaches and day to day HR issues. We also support businesses with contracts, handbooks, policies and procedures, and advising in respect of TUPE.
