Rachael is a Solicitor in the Employment and Immigration Team and is based in our St Albans office.
Rachael qualified as a Solicitor in December 2024 through the University of Law’s six-year Solicitor Apprenticeship programme, which involved obtaining her LLB Law Degree and completing the Solicitor Qualifying Exams.
Rachael works closely with her colleagues Mark Fellows and Emma O’Meara and assists with advising employers and employees in relation to all aspects of employment law, including workplace disputes, employment contracts and policies and procedures.
She enjoys the wide variety of work that employment law brings, and she is known for her calm and measured approach to difficult and emotive situations which often arise within employment matters.
Outside of work, she finds balance through reading, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
