Phillip is a solicitor in the Commercial Property team. He came to Sherrards from a property focused firm with an emphasis on commercial property throughout his training.
Phillip has acted for both landlord and tenants on commercial leases; residential and commercial property refinancing both borrowers and borrowers and lenders jointly including property portfolio refinancing; buying and selling commercial properties and plots of land.
