Louise is a Senior Associate in our Private Wealth team, based in St Albans, although she works with clients across the UK.
She advises on Wills, including those involving trust to protect assests and support vulnerable beneficiaries, as well as Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship applications and Estate Planning.
Louise has extensive experience in setting up Personal Injury Trusts, helping clients protect compensation following life-changing injuries. Her work ensures that settlements are safeguarded – preserving eligibility for means-tested benefits – while offering clear, expert legal advice tailored to each client’s personal circumstances.
Known for her friendly and down-to-earth approach, Louise takes pride in helping clients feel at ease, particularly during difficult times. She is focused on providing straightforward guidance and cutting through the legal jargon.
Louise is a full member of The Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Private Client Section of The Law Society.
Outside of work, Louise can often be found running, practising yoga, or seeking out the perfect afternoon tea—her favourite way to unwind.
