Jonathan is a consultant in the Commercial property team at Sherrards. With over 30 years’ experience in his field, he is well respected and undertakes a broad range of commercial real estate work with a specialism in retail.
He deals with all aspects of acquisition and disposal work, both freehold and leasehold, management and investment, together with handling secured lending transactions. He also provides commercial property advice on corporate support matters, supporting the corporate commercial department’s clients.
Jonathan takes a commercial and pragmatic approach to all transactions, ensuring they proceed in a swift and cost-effective manner.
His in-house experience, at Lloyds Bank, enables him to view transactions through the eyes of the client, allowing him to better understand their needs.
