Sherrards Recruitment team help client with breach of restrictive covenant battle

Barney Laurence and the recruitment team recently helped a St Albans based recruitment agency with regards to a former employee, who stole confidential information and breached her restrictive covenants in her contract of employment.

The team issued High Court proceedings with an injunction hearing which was successful.
