Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Typing and amending documents
  • Telephone and email communication with clients and 3rd parties
  • Opening new files and archiving old files/documents
  • General administrative support
  • Diary management
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Additional ad hoc support/ cover as and when required (including reception cover).

  • A keen interest in the legal world with a view to develop and progress
  • Competent user of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including a good telephone manner and face to face communication skills with colleagues and clients
