An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and proactive apprentice to join the Front of House Team in the London Office of this highly regarded Commercial Law Firm which prides itself on its professional ethos and collegiate working environment.

You will assist in the delivery of exceptional client experience by providing general reception/ hospitality support and assist with core administrative support to all departments within the business.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering the head office phone, taking accurate messages, transferring calls internally.
  • Greeting all visitors into the office, advising on local parking, ensuring signing in procedure is followed.
  • Hospitality for visitors and internal meetings, offering refreshments and arranging breakfasts or lunch.
  • Monitoring office necessities such as stationery and kitchen supplies and ensuring these are fully stocked.
  • Management of the post, re-routing to the correct department, ensuring external post is delivered on time.
  • Monitoring and responding to emails on the company’s main ‘enquiries’ inbox
    General ad-hoc admin support to directors, senior management and the wider teams
    Administrative support to the estimating department – full training to be given
    Any other duties as reasonably requested.
