Steph is a Partner in the Commercial Property team and is involved in a broad range of property work including the acquisition and disposal of retail, commercial and residential investment properties.
She undertakes high-volume transactional work for clients within a variety of sectors, specialising in the retail, leisure, and entertainment industries. She also manages portfolios of investment properties for a number of clients.
Steph has developed an efficient and pragmatic approach to achieving the best possible outcome for clients. They say she “keeps them informed the whole way [and is] always happy to pick up the phone and discuss matters, [she] provides excellent client service.”
