Paul Werth qualified as a solicitor in October 1984 and throughout his career has specialised in property and other commercial disputes.
Nowadays, his entire focus is on the highly technical field of property litigation. These contentious matters occur in both the commercial and residential arenas. In both, Paul’s experience encompasses disputes concerning the breach of leasehold covenants by landlords or tenants, restrictive covenants, rights of way and other easements, forfeiture of leases, acts of trespass and nuisance and professional negligence claims.
In the commercial field, Paul also advises on lease renewals under the 1954 Landlord and Tenant, in situations where either the landlord agrees to or opposes, the renewal. In residential property matters, he is well versed in the recovery of property let under Assured Shorthold Tenancies and claims relating to beneficial interests in land.
