Martin is a Consultant in the Commercial Property team at Sherrards, acting for institutions and property companies of all sizes.
He has extensive experience in all areas including investment acquisitions and disposals, funding, development transactions and landlord and tenant matters. Areas of particular expertise include site assembly and complex development projects, funding and all forms of development agreement.
He looks to gain a thorough understanding of his clients’ business objectives and their aspirations for individual deals. He concentrates on getting to the crux of every matter as quickly as possible and he gives straightforward, focused and commercial advice.
He was a chartered town planner before becoming a lawyer and then became a lead Partner at a West End firm for several years. His background is all about property and he brings this passion to every transaction.
