Jasmine Sudworth is a lawyer in the employment team. She advises both employers and employees on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
Jasmine undertakes a variety of employment law work including: advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, the enforcement of restrictive covenants, employment contracts, settlement agreements and TUPE. She also advises on bringing and defending Employment Tribunal claims for unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, sexual harassment, discrimination and others. Jasmine is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Recently, she has been helping many clients with their settlement agreements & redundancies.
In her spare time, Jasmine enjoys running. She took part in the London Marathon in April 2018, raising over £1,400 for the charity Relate Mid Surrey.
